By eliminating air and bubbles through a vacuum environment, the sealing material (such as silicone, epoxy resin, etc.) is filled more evenly and tightly to the part to be sealed, improving the waterproof, insulation, seismic and other performance of the product. 1、 Core functions
Vacuum defoaming: By vacuuming and removing bubbles from the sealing material, voids can be avoided after solidification, which can affect the sealing effect;
Sealing: Inject materials into the components to be sealed in a vacuum environment, ensuring that small gaps, holes, and other details are completely filled to improve sealing reliability;

3、 Working principle
Preprocessing: Place the components to be sealed into a vacuum chamber and check if the viscosity and ratio of the sealing material meet the requirements;
Vacuuming: Start the vacuum pump to achieve the preset vacuum degree (such as -95kPa) in the chamber, and maintain it for a period of time to eliminate air in the gaps between components and materials;
Sealing operation: In a vacuum state, material is injected into the area of the component to be sealed through a metering pump, and the material is penetrated into fine gaps using vacuum negative pressure;
Pressure relief and curing: Slowly release the vacuum to allow the material to naturally level under normal pressure, and then form a sealing layer by heating or curing at room temperature.
